        Once 1st delivered, establish 2nd twin lie and station (VE exam)
        Once entered the pelvis, membranes can be broken
        May need oxiyocin to keep contractions going
        Aim delivery <20m first twin
        If foetal distress, may need assisted delivery
        (forceps, ventouse, CS, breech extraction)
      - 1st twin
        Leading twin as per a singleton
        Monitor 2nd twin for signs of distress or hypoxia
