INTRODUCTION
DID YOU KNOW, nearly 50% of secondary students do not eat breakfast? This is really detrimental to the studies... I mean, can you imagine going to school on an empty stomach?
Elaboration on point, but not too deep as Yash will be continuing on it

"In this debate we will present our points on ("topic sentence"), and convince why school should start later!"
-
Conclusion: In order to allow kids in this day and age to live a healthy lifestyle and provide the classrooms with a conducive environment, schools should start later so as to give children more time to eat breakfast, board less cramped public transport, and allow for a more active and interactive classroom where they aren't falling asleep every half second.
Key Points:
-
We are clogged up with commuters on their way to work so sometimes the public transport vehicles are so filled that we are both disadvantaging others and disadvantaging ourselves by taking the public transports.
By waking up earlier we are naturally sleepy and it causes some lessons to become a mess of groggy and half-awake students in the morning
Evidence to support
An article on HealthyChildren.com states that as many as 30-40% of young adolescent boys skip breakfast as they would much rather sleep an extra 20 minutes instead of eating a bowl of cereal. Breakfast is an important meal and missing out on that is detrimental to their concentration
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommend schools to start at 8.30 to 9.30, in order to give kids enough time to observe proper routine while also allowing sleep
