In order to comply with their obligation under the foregoing article, employers may agree with workers that the training or instruction be provided to them inside or outside the company, through their own personnel, specially hired instructors, institutions, schools or specialized agencies, or through adherence to the general systems established and registered with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. In the event of such adhesion, it shall be the responsibility of the employers to cover the respective quotas.
