The General Assembly
It is the main organ of the united nations composed of all of the representatives of all member states
The work of the united nations is largely dependent on directives from the general assembly
The Security Council
It has primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security.
It has fifteen members, and each member has one vote.
five members of the security council are permanent and ten of its members are voted for a term of two years.
Permanent members - Russia, China. France, UK, and the US
The Economic and Social Council
This organ coordinates the economic and social related work of the untied nations and the specialized agencies.
It has 54 members all elected by the general assembly for a 3 year term.
International court of justice
It also advises countries on the international law
its headquarters are in hougue , Netherlands
It hears to the dispute between member countries
It consists of 15 judges
