What went well?
added some unit tests to publisher dashboard frontend
cleanup in legacy codebase
managed to tweak the performance of the new IsTools reports
sprint progress was smooth
infrastructure knowledge has spread among the members
we got back a publisher thanks to the new report APIs
the team's speed didn't drop much even after losing a member
ID team has agreed to completely take over the product feed
What actions are needed?
Everyone should be careful about their health
Wear a mask on the train and when feeling a bit ill
Always have two tasks assigned to each member
PM and PL should discuss related architectural decisions before starting a task
What needs improvement?
MongoDB usage in legacy codebase was not discussed due to holidays
performance issues will remain in the new IsTools reports
weird problem with VN click servers
Wasn't careful when changing EC2 instance types
Vinh will leave ISVN from the end of February
long time between getting a task to in-review and starting a new task
