Management

A Manager tends to bark orders and expects them to be done whether or not their orders are realistic or doable. They just want whatever they asked done.
Management is corporate America itself in a way. It is full of individuals who work towards their companies goals and are set on finding people to achieve the company goals, or even their goals for the company.
Management tends to be focused on themselves, whereas a leader looks at the needs of others too.
Management may cast visions sometimes, but expect people who work for the company to automatically be on board.

Leadership
In my experience I picture leaders in front of the people they are leading, moving forward with them.
A leader is someone who sees the strengths and weaknesses of people and knows how to use them to make things move in the most efficient way for the company, while at the same time helping the person develop their strengths and work on things that they may not be as strong at, all while encouraging them.
-
A leader is someone who has a clear vision for the organization and is someone who can cast the vision for people to get on board with it.
-
A leader is someone who continues to lead outside the eyes of those whose eyes are upon them. A good leader will continue to lead, in public and in private, in their home life, work life, and in all relationships they have, easier said then done.
Leadership seems to be a term that is respected on companies, whereas the term management tends to be negative.

Leadership can be an individual in corporate America, and can also participate on finding individuals who may help reach a collective company goal. However, good leadership does not just use the person to reach and attain a goal created by a person or group of people to attain a company goal, but rather, good leadership reaches out to the people of the company and helps attain the persons goal for themselves. They come along side and teach and lead a person, so that they may pass on what they have learned to others.
