MINORITY INFLUENCE = a type of social influence that encourages individuals to reject established majority norms
CONVERSION =where majorities are gradually won over to a minority viewpoint- where new belief is both privately and publicly accepted.

SOCIAL CRYPTOAMNESIA= where the majority forgets their views and beliefs as they get taken over by a new one
THE SNOWBALL EFFECT= where the change happens exponentially and a critical mass is reached where so many people have converted that no one can stop the change from happening

SOCIAL CHANGE= where society's beliefs and attitudes are changed, becoming the new social norms.
