        Before the cows are ready for milking, years of growing needs to occur before maturation. This means costly amounts of food and labor to care for the cows.
  - - - Cheddar cheese and pepper jack are made of cultured milk fat aged over time to allow bacteria to grow to become cheese. Which again, related back up to the milk.
- - - - Wheat is harvested after growing to full size. This means the farmer has to own/rent a crop harvesting tractor to harvest the wheat fields. This can take days depending on crop size.
        
        Before wheat can be harvested it has to be planted and tended to ensuring proper nutrition and water for growth.
