As a policy, we should avoid requesting login credentials like for say Shopo and others. We could instead guide users through other ways, where ever possible like creating additional user profiles with the required permissions.
Current system of communication around account setup to first refund to billing is hugely manual, and is frequently initiated by customers via chat. (Case in point - katie.rawn@sweetflour.ca wrote in asking us why there was 0 balance in her Purolator account, only to be told that her online billing wasn't enabled.)There is a need to streamline communication through the stages, provide clear and simple instructions at every point, minimise manual dependencies by creating a rule based email workflow contingent on user action and carrier selection.
