I believe I have reached a stage in my professional development and experience that I could and would like to make the important transisition into senior leadership from middle leadership
Continuation of my present duties. I am already working on behaviour, emotional and academic issues across all year groups and departments. This represents an extension of these duties but with new vistas - new vision and extension of power/responsibility
I welcome the opportunity and believe I will grow and adapt to the new role.
I enjoy my job. I love working here. I love working with my colleagues and being involved in all aspects of the school. The mental vibes of strategic leadership are of great interest to me and I want to continue to evolve into a professional who may have the potential to one day become a Head Teacher.
What is your vision for the role and pastoral care throughout the school.
The Swans community demand excellence in all that we do, but also with a shared vision of family care.
