I believe I have reached a stage in my professional development and experience that I could and would like to make the important transisition into senior leadership from middle leadership
Continuation of my present duties. I am already working on behaviour, emotional and academic issues across all year groups and departments. This represents an extension of these duties but with new vistas - new vision and extension of power/responsibility
I welcome the opportunity and believe I will grow and adapt to the new role.
I enjoy my job. I love working here. I love working with my colleagues and being involved in all aspects of the school. The mental vibes of strategic leadership are of great interest to me and I want to continue to evolve into a professional who may have the potential to one day become a Head Teacher.
What is your vision for the role and pastoral care throughout the school.
The Swans community demand excellence in all that we do, but also with a shared vision of family care.
It expects the highest standards of behaviour, and inter relationships.
I want the whole school community to realise and feel that Swans is the very best educational community and that it is a privilege and thoroghly rewarding/enjoyable experience to belong.
Excellence, Aspiration, Ambition, Respect
Where you can achieve your potential through a mindset of challenge, self believe and ultimately hard work.
Parent invest an incredible level of trust and finance into provide their children with an exceptional education opportunity
If any feels that they are not able to join this ethos then there are plenty of other school in the area where fee maybe less and expectations may also be more suited.
Fundamentally we are looking to build that obedience, that devotion, that pride, that loyalty...
and is done with a joint ethos... I am looking at High Performance Learning...
How are you going to do that?
I am part of a team and I will be a focal point of leadership.
