Circumstantial Evidence:
Does not involve the immediate perception of the existance of a fact in issue, it is evidence from which the existence of a fact in issue can be inferred. E.g: evidence of opportunity, identity evidence (DNA, finger marks), evidence of motive, evidence of planning. Circumstantial evidence works by cumulatively (snowballing) eliminating other possibilities (cords in a rope, more = stronger). :red_flag: Teper warns it must always be narrowly examined.
