Exchanging Paper Menu for Digital motivated by the $10 Incentive. Gets us the download, the convo, helps the venue push business in a down time.

Debrief w/ Waiter/what would they want? Allow waiter to speak into the process while we wait tables together.
- Greet table.
- Place #Beacon on table instead of paper menu.
- Introduce Happy Hour hosted by me&u w/ "first round is on us." We're shouting your drink and your sharing your thoughts on the experience/process.
- Walk guest through download an ordering the drink + any bar food. Explain the $10 toward purchase.
- Check in as per normal service once drinks are delivered. If they are wanting to pay walk them through payment an ensure they get the credit.
