Effectivity - 7 Days 7 Habits
Be Proactive
Don't blame external causes or other people for the problems you have, and take action by yourself
(Video example: granny explains about high prices)
Focus on active searching for a home
Organise private and professional events
Work: actually communicate your ideas and act according to them
Begin with the end in mind
Set goals for yourself (what kind of person do you want to be?
(Video example: how would you look back on your life?)
Personal: more attention to close people: family & friends
Professional: learn & invest in network
Misc: volunteer (make tutorials)
Put first things first
Focus on things that are really important to you and eat the frog (make sure you first finish the things that cost you energy
(Video example: What we say vs. what we actually do)
Work: communicate (small) things fast, do not procastinate
Personal: invest more (time+energy) in relationships!
Prioritize activities
Think Win-Win
Don't see things in life as a zero sum game. Do not try to win at the cost of someone else.
(Video: Positive book review instead of negative)
Work: Help others finding a nice assignment or think along
Private: If someone helps me, do something in return
Seek first to understand, then to be understood
Try to understand and actually listen carefully (Instead of Evaluating/Probing/Advising/Interpreting)
Video example: I worked so hard guys, please subscribe)
Listen more carefully to friends (ask further )
Actually listen to understand problems of colleagues
Really understand issues before creating statements
Sharpen the saw
Increase your skills and do it efficiently
(Video example: someone tries to cut a tree with an dull saw and thinks it cost too much time to sharpen it)
Choose the right skills to learn
Become better version of myself: start communicating
Synergy
You can do more than just by yourself. Sum of the parts is greater than the parts separately
(Video example: apples)
Don't try to do everything by myself (tend to do that sometimes)
Try to work together
Share experiences
