Recurring revenue - Some agencies live month to month with project work. Recurring revenue allows us to have bad months and still make money. This makes it easier for us to invest in new teams and projects.
Revenue distributed over many clients - Any one client can cancel and it's no problem for us. We're not a slave to any client.

Internal issues
Internal Process that unclear for other departments, as well as communication issues between teams.
Backlog Management, unable to clear backlog in a certain time, which make the client unhappy and wait for too long
Shortage of consistency between teams, teams don't know what other teams are doing or planning.
Team Ownership. Teams do their own tasks and don't have the same vision on each project.
Shortage of technical knowledge of PMs which can cause to projects go slower.
Platform Limitations, server problems that could interrupt the work flow
Training System that could help new hire do their job in a certain period of time.
Slow to adapt to change - Our weakness for process is it makes it harder to adapt to change. A lot of things fall apart if there isn't any process yet.
Pronto culture - The downside of our sabai sabai culture is we don't have a results-focused hardcore team. One isn't necessarily better than the other. But this is a weakness as we expand more into marketing services.
