        Superior/Inferior Rectus
        
        Optic Nerve- In the back of the eye- the "wire" that connects to the brain from the retina and delivers the image
        
        Medial/Lateral Rectus
        
        Sclera- The thick, tough, white part of the eye-protects the contents inside

        Retina- In the posterior portion of the eye- sends the image to the optic nerve
        
        Iris- Controls the diameter of the pupil-determines eye color
        
        Pupil-the "hole" that's diameter changes in different light settings to allow the correct amount of light in (the diameter is larger in the dark
        
        Lens- Behind the iris- changes shape to focus and differentiates distant and near objects

        Thymus- makes T cells for the immune system
        
        Ovaries- secretes estrogen
        
        Anterior Pituitary- secrete peptide hormones that target bones, liver and goads

        Pancreas- produces hormones and enzymes like insulin and releases them directly into the blood stream
        
        Thyroid Gland- releases thyroid hormones to regulate growth and metabolism
        
        Adrenal Medulla- initiates hormones involved with the fight or flight response
        
        Adrenal Cortex- releases stress hormones like cortisol and affects things like blood pressure
        
        Parathyroid Gland- makes PTH in response to calcium levels in the blood
