Provincial Governments --> more in tune with the individual needs of their citizens, cater to their cultures
Small-town doctors --> focus on what their specific towns need in order to best treat their populations
Actors
Teacher in schools --> learn about cultural practices and traditions that need to be respected. They could be taught equity-oriented practices in teachers college
Doctors --> should have to go through specific training in their particular area in order to provide culturally sound medical advice and care
Governing bodies of both municipal, provincial and federal bodies --> taught to respect and implement programs in places where they need culture to be respected. Allocate resources to be able to allow funding where it needs to go.
Culture Neglected
Federal Governments --> do not have regard for cultural needs
Large city centre health care centres --> do not have the resources to cater to everyones specific cultural needs
