COORDINATION AT CORPORATE LEVEL
Fragmentation of tasks/system: ex creation of e-request systems, at the moment managed at dept and not corporate level
Proposal: centralisation of the budget per function (for example: Digital development, Publications)- this would allow to establish priorities about the development for example of products
Increase communication about Management Team work (agenda and action points) versus staff
Improve communication among internal teams (ex: currently, requests from OPS to COMM on web news, down-up democracy not working! ==> Planning

Management and coordination of people and activities, not operational
Performance on people management should include staff feedback. The system needs to build trust to allow for this.
Extensive past managerial training was not effective: take action on this (analyse reasons and put in place correction)
Detachment to EC or private companies to learn how they work.
The manager rotation decided by MSE: was it a good thing? needs to be revised?
Insufficient performance is to be addressed.
Cooperation instead of conflict among managers
Managers to align on some methodology in managing department meetings, ex. from top political ones to detail level
Open conversation between managers and staff about administrative behaviour to keep alive the sense of civil servant duty
Listening, do not disappoint staff again, consistency (keep the agreements or promise, otherwise give an explanation why it was not possible)
