Psalm 57 by David (when he fled from the Saul):
let your glory be over all the earth
asking God for
be merciful to him x2
for his soul takes refuge in God
for he will take refuge in the shadows of God's wings till the storms of destruction pass by
He cries out to God who is most high and fulfills his purpose for me
mood change of a heart
storms of destruction pass by
my soul is in the midst of lions
lie down amid fiery beasts
man with spears and arrows like teeth & sword like tongues
they set a net for his steps. His soul was bowed down.
they dug a pit for his way
O God, my heart is steadfast x2
his ways to make changes
asking God to be merciful to him
cry out to God who is most high and fulfills his purpose for me
"my soul takes refuge in God"
"I will take refuge in the shadows of your wings"
belief: God send from heaven and save him;
HE will send out his steadfast love and faithfulness.
belief: put to shame who tramples on him
O God be exalted above the heavens x2
Let God's glory be over all the earth x2
they have fallen into the pit
I will sing and make melody
call: awake (x2) my glory
I will sing praises to You among nations
