Implement student success curriculum as structured and visible of the academic curriculum (ie. Degreeworks)
Provide ongoing profesional development for onboarding staff and faculty (admissns, regis, trans, recruitm)

New activities -- summer immersion, student STEM showcase, STEM leadership development workshop
Opportunity to learn technologies/skills critical to multiple programs, including emerging technologies (such as....) and softskills like teamwork and oral /written communications, entrepreneurship
Create new associate level research fundamentals course to prepare AAS students for research opportunities and new AAS and sr. collaborative inquiry capstone courses.
