Tell the patient to excersice regularly (as per tolerated)
Tell the patient to take DASH dier eating habbits
Teach the patient to monitor tha blood pressure and BMI on regular basis.
Diet based on fruits, vegetables and whole grain.
Refrain from canned foods.
