Students
To get basic knowledge that can be used as a stepping stone to higher levels of education and provide access to the job market
Engagement with adults and students that propose, through example and input, other ways of addressing life's varied circumstances
To develop critical knowledge, skills and values abilities in order to fully participate as a fully functioning citizen, regardless of their choices post high school
To learn the basics before deciding if they want to go to college or directly out into the workforce.
To acquire the knowledge ans skills to enter the workforce or prepare for higher education
Students should develop a knowledge and understanding of subject information, and know how and why to apply it to their real world.
Governments
To cultivate an educated electorate and workforce
Help individuals understand the norms of society

To fully fund schools to ensure success of school and its students
To provide enough funding to schools and teachers.
Universities
To prepare students with the knowledge and tools for success in higher education
To cultivate a love of learning
Allowing teachers and other students to inspire the pursuit of higher education.
To provide the expertise and opportunities for students to become the next experts in their respective fields
Parents
To develop their students into literate, skilled, thinking citizens who are prepared for university and/or the workforce
To promote life skills that guide them through the ups and downs of life.

One of the main purposes of school is to prepare students for a productive adult life in society. Also, helping students find some kind of guidance toward how to find their place in society. Hopefully, they can make the world a better place.

Administrators
To produce high school graduates who are ready for college and/or careers, and to produce skilled educators that facilitate their learning

To create learning environments and opportunities for students to gain foundational content knowledge in a variety of subjects while developing students' capacities to increase their own knowledge, create new knowledge and communicate and use their knowledge in a variety of ways
To provide learning opportunity to students to gain scientific knowledge in a variety of ways.
That students want to continue to learn and gain knowledge.
For teachers, school is a place at which one can impart and receive learning in our respective disciplines. Also, that we help students find their place in the world.
