Marriage: Bi-monthly date nights without kids (OR travel) to spend quality time doing something we enjoy without distractions (no phones)

Action: Add all 3 "dates" into monthly EOM tasks
Family/Kids: Monthly family date night/travel that is children-based with something fun to do for the kids
Ideas: waterpark, outdoor park, open skate, park skate, zoo, children's museum, out to eat, gymnastics,swimming pool,walks,
Friends: Monthly friend date/travel to strengthen friendships

Contribution: Continue to tithe 10% of my monthly take-home pay to our church
Continue to contribute to our monthly events through production team & take on a different role after my role is up in April 2019!
Impact: Continue to GIVE to others and share my heart and wealth and skills with my community. The more I give, the more I will receive & it is important to me to show and be a good role model for my kids to contribute in whatever you are involved with and capable of doing. Contributing gives me a sense of peace.

Impact: Check things off my bucket list that I've wanted to do, while using the money I've saved and show that hard work pays off. Also, to document and share my journey and the opportunity that Herbalife can provide. Speak the vision of what I want to BE, DO, HAVE & that they can do the same!
Time Frame: Complete 7-8 places traveled in 2019!
Action: Meet up with Sarah to plan cheapest travel plans & accommodations, continue to save all cash into savings with goal to have a total of $16,000 saved to use towards travel! Ask Zack to take time off & ask friends who want to travel to save money and take time off!
Personal Growth: Continue to work on my self, personal development, & leadership skills to BE a better person in all areas of my life (wife, mom, business owner, team leader, friend, etc.)
Find a daily personal development routine that I LOVE & do everyday
Work with a mentor on a monthly basis to develop & sharpen skills on communication and leadership (pro-active planning & re-active leadership situations)
Impact: To be better for my family and team. The better I communicate and lead by example, the more everyone will benefit and work together as a team and have a sense of community, trust, and loyalty. Once I establish a daily PD routine I will feel accomplished, successful, organized, and get consistent benefit and a positive mindset from completing my PD.
Time frame: Establish daily PD routine by January 31st, 2019. Continue to do it everyday with little flexibility, Make it short, easy and simple so I can do it everyday, even while traveling and chaotic days with 2 kiddos
Spiritual: Attend church at least 2x/month and bring kids
Impact: To get the word of God and learn more about the Bible and show my kids how to be involved with church
Health/Fitness/Self Image: Achieve pre-baby weight of 140 pounds, get back into workout & CF routine of 3x/week or more, & feel confident in my workout clothes! Run 1/2 marathon for fun on my birthday!
Impact: I will feel more confident with myself and results & be able to be a good role model for my clients, future clients, & team members. It will help see growth in my own business with new results. I will be a better mom and wife because I will get time to focus on myself at the gym and release endorphins and see progress at the gym. Check off marathon off my bucket list and feel accomplished!

Business: Massive growth for organizational business to achieve GET 2500
(50,000 organizational vp)
Impact: To prove to myself and others how this business can lead to massive growth for your team, income, and personally. This would show that I have established a duplicable way to teach team members to be successful. I want to provide more and BE more for my team!
Fully qualified by December 31st, 2019. Currently averaging 30,000 vp, which would be almost doubling my business within the next year!
Finance/Wealth:
1.Continue to save $250+ monthly into my IRA
Continue to save $500+ monthly into our mutual fund
Continue to save into personal savings account
Continue to save all cash into travel fund ($1,000/month)

Impact:
(1-3)Setting up financial future for myself and family to be able to build our dream lake house & have a personal retirement fund (Look into doing 15%)
(4) Goes towards fun/recreation but not going into debt to do those bucket list things
(5-7) Continue to do what works well for me and look at possible ways to tighten up budget to move money into better areas
(8) Setting up her account to start building her savings account for her financial future
(9) Celebrate what I've accomplished so far and review what the recommended steps are to stay on track with the best financial future possible for me and my family . IT will give me a sense of confidence and direction for my money
