Several points of contact: treasury dpt, finance dpt. Sometimes with executives but mostly operationals.

Work experience
All focus on trade finance, consultancy, sales acquisition and analysis. Just different environments
AKA: doubled turnover of the person I replaced for the year. And exceeded my personal goals. Proactivity, when you receive inquries. Fully commited and fully energized. Felt responsable and accountable for these missions, felt empowered. Structured commodity finace deal really interests me bcaus they are all structured differently. Very passionate about it. Respecting bank policy and internal requirements. Smaller environment more responsibility which I enjoy.
GEA: completing of visibility study for Russian energy company. Collaboration with other departments, my contributin was impactful. My study was implemented, it evolved into a real project. Analytical mindset, ability to bring it to an end. Collabrate with different stakeholder, knowledge of Russian language and culture and get answers to my questions.
RBS: Environment very different, worked with large corporate clients on sales side. First analyzed client needs to provide them with best solution. Communicating with them, understanding what hidden stakes their targets are, asking questions, looking at their map. Capacity to put myself in my clients shoes. Ability to push, to be proactive to work under pressure.
