prefer the speed change between lose and tight to be rather small, say 10kph, otherwise the feeling goes.
LE midrings

LE length
shortening
another way is to shorten the overall leading edge length by putting the connecting pin between inner and outer leading edge into the shortest setting. Now its in the middle, which is standard. Short setting is 4mm shorter. This leads to noticable more handling and a slightle slower trim

Dive sticks - sprogs
If you feel the bar response should be more on fuller VG go back up on the outer sprogs 2 holes but leave the inner ones low. That is the method to create reliable bar pressure on glide.
Settings of pilots
Gerofl
2.5deg, 1 hole back rotated.
My front back cables are standard, like yours.

My glass tips are quite soft, flexnumber is 320.
Divestick angles are: inside 4.2deg, outside 6.5deg
I fly only 1/3 of regular reflex. (due to the fact that I fly Alpine conditions (low over high terrain and rocks) so much that I put everything into climbing.
My inner 5 battens are about one batten width flatter than original - this is how I get more penetration, since I am only 75kg, and the RX3.5 likes a 78-80kg pilot.
I also have disengaged the restrainer wire that limits the VG travel backwards, so I can go more than full black mark VG. But I rarely use it - too tight for me.
I also can go more lose than lose VG, because I put a 20mm extra Shackle into the pull back. But I also rarely use this lose lose setting, except when landing in rough conditions into a small field.
Playing with midrings has sideeffects that one normally does not like. Changing the dehydral on the leading edge tube for instance increases the washout without people noticing. (its not the same as more V-form on a sail plane where the leading edge AND the trailing edge get formed. On a hang glider the trailing edge just goes straight to the tip (and therefore increases the washout!)
Sprogs As for the change on the divesticks - I suggested to go back up on the outer sprogs and leave the inner. That change will not effect the thermalling at all, but help you get what you want towards the Full VG end. So, add that to the list.
