Secrete testosterone, under direction of luteinizing hormone (maintain male sex characteristics, sex organs).
Epididymis
Sperm mature, become able to propel. Also become able to fertilize an egg.
Spermatic cord
Has a venous plexus, testicular artery, nerves, and ductus vas deferens.

Accessory glands
Prostate gland
Add nutrients that clot, and liquefies semen in vagina.
Bulbourethral glands
Secrete alkaline mucus, which neutralizes acid in urethra. Also acts as lubrication.
Seminal vesicles
Add nutrients that increase sperm motility, decrease immune response in a female, and clots and liquefies semen in vagina.
External genitalia

Has three chambers of spongy tissue. Smooth muscles, connective tissue, vascular tissue (engorgement of spongy tissues).
Female
Ovaries
Maturation of oocytes under influence of follicle stimulating hormone. Secrete estrogen and progesterone.

Has two layers, a functional and basal layer. The functional layer sheds each month. The basal layer regenerates the functional layer.
Perimetrium
Peritoneum, serous membrane.
Mammary glands
Modified sweat glands, production of milk.
Vagina
Has rugae, making it highly distensible. Receives penis and semen, during intercourse.
