Workout - 4 days a week.
Salad - twice a week
Eat vegetables - in the wintertime - soup, oven roasted vegetables
Avoid sugar and flour in the form of bread
Ms. St. Jean needs to cut down to eating cheese two times a week.
Walk up stairs as often as possible
Ms. St. Jean also needs a once a month Lemon Poppy Seed muffin from Bergen Bagels in order to not go crazy.
Not yelling - Her student support staff (Samya, Bri, Jessica) + the famous Chickadees (Raven, Kawthar, Eden)
No eating after 8pm.
