Project Manager - Is the overseer of the project. They are the chief of successful: designing, planning, controlling, executing, monitoring and ending the project
System Analyst - A system analyst examines existing IT systems, analyse system requirements, undertake product development, implement and configure and test solutions. They are around for the analysis stage, Design Stage, implementation stage and evaluation.
Database Designer - This person gathers data, organizes the data into table, create relationships with the data, and refine and normalize the design into a Artifact: Data Model. They would be around for the analysis part of the project
Programmer/Developer - The programmer/developer is the person/people who create the programme or system. They are around in the design and implementation stage.
Tester - The testers role is to test the products quality assurance. They will have a checklist of requirements and they need to check every requirement with the system. They will then provide feedback on it. They are around in the implementation stage.
Operator - An operator assists in all types of duties in the project. They are in the: Analysis, Design, Implementation and Evaluation stages
Customer - This is the person who the project was designed for. They will provide feedback on how they feel the project is for them.
