I didn't even know what coding was when I decided to take the intro course. I'd say that it's probably going to feel overwhelming at certain points, but the most important advice I can give you is to talk to people. Talk to your classmates, talk to your TAs, and if possible, talk to your professors. It's super easy to feel isolated in those early classes because you don't have the experience that some of your peers do, and that's okay. The key is not letting that feeling of isolation take over. Don't feel embarrassed to admit you don't understand something just because you feel like everyone else does understand. Be ready to be challenged, jump at opportunities to work in teams/talk to people about your classes (assignments, projects, readings, etc), and always stay hungry. You'll catch up to those with prior experience quicker than you think, I promise you. You got this!
