2- Assign eCademy Training to employee and keep track
3-Make sure your team understand Job specific SOPs then save signed training form in SP and inform QA/RA

4- Provide updated Excel tracker to QA for FSE and Sale Pro end of each Quearter

1- make sure user training section in IR is complete and recorded
2- For Med- if user training is done after installation or it was a group training , the training , >>> provide record to BO
3- Keep track of certification’s expiration dates, arrange re-certification and inform his/her manager.
