Natural Resources:Some trees are used for wood. Animals can be used for some clothing and the Nile river can be used for drinking water and a place to travel.
Geography: There are large sand dunes every where and the Nile river stretches across it. There are also a few trees. The Sahara Desert stretches out 3 million square miles.

Natural Resources: The have acacia trees that are used for wood and acacia gum is actually used in gum. They have minerals like diamonds that are very hard to find but if you do find one you could end up rich.
Geography: The Savanna can be can be sandy but is mostly made up of short and dry grass and bushes. They have lots of Acacia trees that many animals live in and eat.

The Sahel often suffers from droughts that have killed many people. The highest temperatures can range anywhere from 90 - 108 degrees and can get even higher in the hotter areas. However the lowest temperatures are around 77 - 88 degrees.
Natural Resources: The natural resources in the Sahel are the Acacia and Baobab trees wood are used for building and they also use the Acacia trees to make gum. The Sahel also has a lot of iron and other stones and minerals.
Geography: The Sahel is the border between the Savanna and the Sahara Desert. It is mainly flat land with a few isolated plateaus and mountains that are only 200-300 ft in elevation. The Sahel is mostly full of low growing grass, thorny shrubs and is very similar to the Savanna. The trees are mostly Acacia and Baobab.
Animals: The Sahel is home to many different species of grass grazing animals such as many different species of Gazelle, Giant Buffalo and Antelope. The larger predators consist of the African Wild Dog, Northwest African Cheetah, the Northeast African Cheetah, and the Lion. The seasonal wetlands are also important for migratory birds. However many of these animals are now becoming endangered because of hunting and other human related problems.
Mediterranean Coast
Climate: The climate is hot and humid like Ventura because we have a Mediterranean Climate. It doesn't get to hot and doesn't get to cold either. All the seasons are similar and their aren't any big changes in the weather.

Sadly animals are being hunted for their fur or skin and are becoming endangered. They also have a few minerals that people like to mine for like gold.
Geography: The rain forest is very fertile and is great for planting. The trees are very lush and tall and the Congo river is very helpful and long. The African Rain forest spans out 2.2 million square miles but is also shrinking due to deforestation.
