They have two sexes like humans, and they have similar physical distinctions, though the women/s breasts are lower, around the base of where a humans ribs would be. They have a similar skeleton, with obvious differences because of the one arm, but they also don't have any bone in their nose. They have 3 lungs and 2 hearts. They, in most other ways, are just like humans.
