- - - - Peer Tutoring - Students who are having trouble staying on top of their work can be assigned to a "peer tutor" in their class. This is a chance for their peer to demonstrate leadership, and for the struggling student to get help in a way that feels less intimidating.
      - Counselor Referral - Depending on what kind of resources are available at a school, it may be more beneficial to have struggling students talk to a trained counselor rather than another adult. This requires special permission.
      - Daily Behavior Form - This system is quite similar to the "CICO" system above, but involves sending frequent reports of the student's behavior to their parents.
