Triceps
The triceps are extender muscle of the elbow joint and an antagonist of the biceps. It can also fixate the elbow joint when the forearm and hand are used for fine movements
The triceps are a major muscle of the upper arm in the human body. The triceps run along the humerus between the shoulder and the elbow.

Hamstrings
In human anatomy, a hamstring is one of the three posterior thigh muscles in between the hip and the knee.
