Onboarding
Welcome Pack - Send each client a digital welcome pack that introduces them to the company, the team members they will be working with and gives them all the info they need to know. I see this as a simple powerpoint doc that they can refer back to whenever they need to.
Client Avatar The Welcome Pack can include a unique avatar designed exclusively for the client (with their likeness). It would be cool if it were slicing a B2B cake (i.e. getting their slice of the B2B market)

Shareable Content - Industry content that is so on point that they can't help but share + personalised content that relates to them as an individual (e.g. wishing them happy birthday with a gif that incorporates their avatar)
Case Studies - Make our case studies about the client as well as us. If we make them the star of the case study, they are more likely to share it with their colleagues, superiors etc. because it puts them in the spotlight.
Consideration
Blog - Post content relevant Cyber Security. Blog will be hosted on TSE website as TSE content but filtered to only display Cyber Security / B2B content
Thought Leadership - Continuation of the Awareness Thought Leadership but with content more relevant to the Consideration Phase
