Ethics: 'moral principle that individuals inject into their decision making process which help temper the final outcome ton conform with the norms of their society' (Morf, Schumacher & Vitell, 1999)
Sustainable Development: 'development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs' (Bruntland, 1987)

Morals: Elements more related to codes and standards about the rightness and the wrongness, goodness or badness of one's actions. it also refers to descriptive.
Akhlaq: the systematic inquiry into the universal nature and necessary of morality, the innate disposition (natural quality) from which human acts emanate (start) the ethics, moral and manners of a person.

Ethical Intelligence
Ability to recognize and understand one's own and others values, norm and interests (moral awareness), to reflect on one's own and others values, interest and also actions from an ethical point of view (moral reflection) and to use this information couples with moral imagination to guide one's action.
Three components of ethical intelligence:- Moral awareness (Consciousness about one's own and others values, norms, and interests). Ethical self reflection (critical perspective to oneself and of others in order to generate an informed, balances and morally sound decision). Moral imagination (ability to see alternative possible solutions to complex ethical dilemmas, and the potential help and harm that would possibly come out of a given situation.)
