Adaptive: Leader sees followers needs and changes ways

helps follower by changing for their best needs -- The leader makes the follower feel encouraged to understand the change, feel comfortable and move forward.
Authentic: Leader identifies and stays true to their morals in their work.
Outcome:
Leader
works for overall goodwill --The leader applies their positive characteristics, such as trustworthiness, to the goodwill of the situation around them.
Situational: Leader adjusts to the situation and changes their style for followers

helps follower by changing for their best needs -- Leader helps followers become more confident in their work by looking at them on a developmental continuum and adjusting their style.
Chair: Focused on leader independent from follower. This is a power pose, which relates to the leader finding their individual power to guide others.
Trait: Leader identifies him/herself based on traits and asserts their influence
Outcome: Leader is aware of their power as a leader -- Leaders can assert their influence as a leader because they have the certain traits.
Skills: Leader takes a journey to earn skills that help them gain influence
Outcome: Leader is aware of their power as a leader -- This creates a leader who is self-aware of the knowledge and skills they need to have to lead the group.
Behavioral: Leader is held accountable for their actions
Outcome: Leader is accountable for their actions -- Leader is more accountable for their actions because they cannot claim that they are special and can act however they want because they are "born a leader".
Tree: Focused on
followers
in their relationship with leader. Tree Pose requires a lot of mental concentration. Through this concentration, the yogi builds strength. This relates to the growth that the follower has because of their relationship with the leader.
Transformational: Leader transforms follower into a better worker by encouraging and setting a good example

becomes more productive -- Follower grows into a more productive person, someone who accomplishes great things.
Path-Goal: Leader identifies follower motivations and help them attain their goals
Outcome:

becomes more productive -- -- Followers are more motivated and attain their goals, getting more done.
LMX : Leader gives more responsibility to followers in the in-group and guides them in a more close relationship

becomes more confident -- Those who work closely with the leader are more confident and satisfied with their work, they have more company loyalty and get more promotions.

Team: Whole group takes responsibility for the project, working to lead in their own way through their strengths
Outcome: Makes a community out of the group, working cohesively together -- Team learns to work well together, leads to more productivity, effective use of resources, better decision making/problem solving and more quality work.
Culture: Leader works to help followers be educated about other cultures and create an accepting work environment
Outcome: Makes a more inclusive and diverse team form -- By seeing the different leadership cultures in different parts of the world and understanding their strengths, teams can work with other cultures more easily.
Ethics: Leader creates an environment where the team is expected to do the right thing
Outcome: Makes a community out of the group, working cohesively together -- Creates a work environment built on compatible goals and commitment to following established values, the leader creates a community with their followers and society as a whole.
