A total of 150 questionnaires were selected and rest of the questionnaire was not included due to incomplete responses.
Demographic: a) The sample members should be using internet and having enough knowledge about internet. b) Members never purchase any item over the internet because in the case of knowledge regarding internet purchase.
The survey was distributed among 200 respondents in Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, and Bahawalpu.
