Qualities
taking on feedback
-
I would find out areas of development
such as questioning, and find as many
possibilities to work on and try and test
in my lessons to see which worked best
It can be difficult to hear criticism, one of
my weaknesses but I do take it on and work
on improving myself
Organised
-
-
helps in the school, in supply
work i imagine organisation is vital
to keep up to date and being on the ball
Willing to learn
I love learning, I have completed one
degree in theology, my postgrad
and studying part-time OU
I always make sure I am up to date with
curriculum and expectations of teachers,
SQA and CfE.
It is a crucial part to teaching to learn
adapt and be relevant for the education
and for personal development
Caring
I have always had a caring nature
I have been brought up to care and
respect everyone and adapt this in all
my classrooms
I work to make sure all my pupils are
cared for and it comes natural to
care for the Heath and wellbeing
of the pupils
ASN: It has been a pleasure working
will all pupils and it comes natural to me
to be inclusive in my teaching approach.
Passionate
I have always loved seeing young people learn
and actively learning in the lessons. This goes
back to my own experience in schools and which
teachers I like to learn from
It is a passion to see pupils excel. This helps
with the stress of teaching knowing I can make
a difference in the education of a child.
