1) Saving, opening documents, navigating and moving items on my desktop has been extremely slow.

2) Moving emails from the claims inbox to public folders is very slow. In some cases Outlook freezes and a black screen appears

3) My claim payment template in CLAWS is very slow to populate when working from home. Takes 5 seconds or less at the office.

4) Using the File Explorer folder while working from home is very slow.

5) Creating payment packages using Adobe Acrobat DC is very, very slow.

6)Using the search bar in Outlook is very slow both at home.

7) When I lock my computer screen, Outlook appears to lose connection or the computer goes to sleep, and when I log back in, emails take a while to load. From time to time I also get kicked out of Subscribe when I lock my computer. Thanks Dawnette

Issue on outlook with VDI - ticket raised, could be UK based. John has seen this too. outlook takes ages to burst into life, other apps don't. - Grab incident

personal settings - separate issue - raised by miami as well. (look for ticket) changes have been made, leon broughton made some changes, fixed the dissappearing printers. need to get some specifics ... persistenace of personalisation

File synch stuff - offline mode - wouldn't affect the home drive - user profile info, temp files, like a cache - need to move that back to the UK. - this is the thing to test. Maybe Leon create a Leon 2 test account - SR required - with local home drive, logon and test the difference. stop watch trial. then trouble shoot when this doesn't work - then create a plan.

DA is unsupported now. Always on is new version. Needs a really good design. being done in uK in 1st half of 2021. IF we can't get VDI working with file replication ... we can then go to Always on later. - methodical ...

NExt Think - supposed to monitor devices for errors. JH agrees we need a client experience monitoring tool... - quite expensive
