we can find the progressive form of the tense we have to use; in that case we must remember that:

  1. we need to conjugate the verb to BE (because we are expressing the passive form)
  2. to make the progressive form we need to add BEING
  3. never forget the past participle

In Italian we do not have this form because we tend to say for instance "stanno costruendo un ponte".
In English it sounds like "a bridge is being built"
