List the four ways to achieve Intentional Practice and explain the value of participating in these four activities.
Mindset

Model & Mechanics

Repetition & Reflection
Go to the limits of your expertise. It would not change you if it does not challenge you. Do as many reps as needed. Stand & think on it when a mistake occurs, see it & feel it, correct it and go again. Reinforce the proper associations in the brain. Wire & flames.

Defend the need to work the gap, moving from skill Level 3 to skill Level 4.
Working the gap you have to embrace the uncomfortable Part to improve yourself. Level three is where you are good at what you do but you don’t work any harder to improve while level four is that you improve in uncomfortable situations and improve in multiple different categories. When I was in math class one day I was struggling to learn a lesson I was frustrated and tried to learn then I took a deep breath and connected the dots and embraced myself in the lesson.
