RENAISSANCE
Renaissance 'is derived from the French word meaning' rebirth '. People became aware that the world was in a new era.
ITALIAN HUMANIST
Flavio Biondo were the initiators of modern historiography
Nicholas Machiavelli, founder of political science, who deals with how to conquer and maintain power.
Leonardo Bruni: He proposed to train students for an active life of service by providing them with a broad base and solid knowledge among others
Leonardo da Vinci is considered one of the greatest geniuses of all time. With his great works of art such as: The Last Supper, The Annunciation among others

The rapid spread of Italian humanism was due to:
- The printing press
- The epistolary relationship between European men of letters.
Other figures of humanism in Europe were:
-Thomas More who envisioned a perfect society in
- Nicolaus Copernicus , the Polish scientist.
- François Rabelais who composed one of the first novels.
Traits :The main ideological feature of Renaissance humanism was the consideration that everything revolves around man.
It proposes that man is the center of creation.
TODAY
Humanism is still valid in any doctrine that is respect for the human person.
The important thing is the human being and must be the center of all concerns.
