e.g. Asians tend to value family relationships more than Americans.

People can think in different ways based on how they communicate.
e.g. Some languages don't have numbers, so people cannot "how many more or less" there is of something. They can only say which pile has more.

Different cultures express their emotions in various ways.
e.g. In Western cultures, people smile when they are happy. In some cultures, people smile when they want to make someone else happy.
