love and security
A secure attachment bond ensures that your child will feel secure, understood, and calm enough to develop of his or her nervous system.
a reason for this is because children need to feel loved, wanted and nurtured because this is how they can feel emotionally secure ; and example may be when a child cuddle their parents/ when a babuy is being hold.
reassurance is also needed for the baby as well as the young child
rest and sleep
sufficient rest is crucial to a child's wellbeing, learning, growth and development
a reason for this is that children develop whilst they are sleeping so it is vital that the child and baby get the recommended nights sleep, for example nee parents may under-estimated how much sleep a child needs

cleanliness
children need clean hygienic environments as their immune systems are less mature, it is much easier for a child to pick up an infection. cleanliness in kitchen areas are especially important. the child should be bathed daily with clean clothes and fresh new bedding.

opportunities for talking and listening
listening and talking to children show that you care about them and are interested in them. this is very important to their social and emotional development. its also vital for their intellectual development.

children need their parents to provide them with warmth
a reason for this is so that the child can stay warm though out winter, it can be expensive for the parents but it is an essential for child to keep warm.

exercise and fresh air
exercise and fresh air is good for children physical health and wellbeing- young children are built to be busy and be doing loads of activities
a reason for this is because sufficient exercise builds fitness, robustness and helps strong growth and development.

routine
routines can help a child show that they are safe and secure. they also needs adults to ensure that their care needs can be met effectively everyday for instance: feeding throughout the day as the child's need the right amount of nutrients to keep them going.
