        Looks like the expert who was doing this case cannot be contacted as of now. So without wasting anymore time of yours, we would like to process a refund. Our back end team will update you on the portal for the same.

        Thank you for allowing the extension of 15hours however I just checked and looking at the complexity of the task, the expert would need an extension of 24 hours.

        Check with the team. Either they'll agree with 15hrs. or they'll be rigid at asking 24hrs. at least or they will say that they will update the customer.

Now we will inform the team to honor the refund accordingly and we will inform the customer as - "Please write a message on the portal updating the refund request as you don't have any extension. Our team will update you within 12-24 hrs. for the same or lesser. From my end, Also please update that the refund shall be sent to your bank/wallet.
  - - - I would suggest you to please check with your professor and arrange for 15hrs. because we are sure it shall be delivered within next 15hrs. We have almost pulled it off.
