Installations
- Core of a fire door with metal reinforcement will be press to make sure that the structure assemble strong.
- Gluing veneered plywood on the fire door with metal reinforcement.
- Loading press the door into the press machine for strong stick door layers.
- Cutting the door according to the size.
- Prepare for delivery to the site for assembling.
- The door will be shaped on site to fit with existing door frame.
- If smoke seals are required, it will be install on site also.

- Mortise jig to burrow out the housing of the lock door.
Finishes
Polishing the door with polishing compound, buffer the door with the buffer hand machine.
