The endocrine system has many functions such as reproduction, nutrition, use of substances by cells, adjusting salt and fluid balance, regulating metabolic activity, and developing growth.The endocrine system makes various arrangements in the body depending on the changes in the internal and external environment of the organism such as the nervous system.

Blood sugar regulation (insulin lowers blood glucose when levels are high ; glucagon raises blood glucose when levels are low)
Antagonistic Mechanism: calcium regulation calcitonin and parathormon.(calcitonin decrease the calcium persentage in blood parathormon increase the calcium persentage in blood).
