When Do You Need Someone Else?
Hiring a new member must respond to some real need. This
need can be:
• The work is too much for the current members.
• No one can perform certain tasks or no one can
develop them as expected.
• A current member needs to be replaced.
• More work is expected and more members will be needed to fill it.
• You need or want to improve the quality of work.

What is Personnel Recruitment?
It is looking for the people that an organization needs. Its purpose is to find a group with enough candidates to choose from among them who the organization needs.

Following the trend of outsourcing , it is common for several organizations to hire others (consulting firms, recruitment firms, etc.) to carry out the recruitment and selection process for them .
