- - - - The first reforms were the inclusion of new voters, in this reform catholic peoplle now vote, Workers and middel class could now demand over government, and most importantly, House of commons included new seats for the industrial areas
      - The second reform was made in 1867 and this one made possible for women to vote in elections of all kinds.
  - - - This demonstrated that the flawas and consequences of the revolutionwere still taking place
    - - In later reforms childs acquired new rights such the one of studying 2 hours a day, and making the minimum working age 9 years, but still there wer not considerable improvemnts to the conditions, and people and adults were dying everyday infront of workers.
- - - - Politics had a great success in this area as they made rights to be respected for citizens and politicians.
  - - - For achieving this, governments tried to implant new rules such as regulating factories and limiting timework, however this sucesses were not enogh to achieve equality
- - - - His Idea over liberalism taked into account utilitarianism, and he thinked that it is great to do something bad if the greatest were going to be safe
      - His second idea over this topic was leberalism itself, and he presented that in the book "on liberty" which presented the old and new threats of liberalism over different forms of government
        
        Before the 19th century the threats in different forms of government were present in the ones that are ruled by one (aristocracy) (monarchy)
        
        The new threat in liberalism was that governments ruled by a lot of individuals will be a government based on the governors interest and not in the interest of the governed.
        
        If there is a government of 100 people that rule over 500 persons, governors will govern based on its economical and political interest rather than in the political or economic interest of the others.
  - - - His ideas wer based on three main aspects: Utilitarianism, Freedom and authority and democracy
        
        His thoughts were the base for the system that Stuart Mill would put into practice, because of this he is now considered the father of liberalism
        
        His ideas were based on that power could only be excercised if its will is to prevent to harm others.

      - The new emerging systems were seeking to governments protection of civil rights and liberites
        
        Because of this purpose, there were new threats that could emerge
