        Article 8
        
        The selection process for the appointment and transfer of the teaching, managerial and supervisory personnel will be done among the educators who aspire to the position in the school region.

        Contests
        
        Article 3. The applicant for a teaching, managerial, national, provincial and / or regional supervisory position, submitted to competition, who does not deliver the complete documentation required in the third title of this decree, will not be considered eligible
        
        Article 11. The appointment contest for teachers and professors will be made by public announcement.
        
        Article 12. The managerial and supervisory positions must be filled, by summons, as they occur. Said call may be made in such a way that several vacancies are attended, grouped together for that purpose.
        
        Appointments
        
        Article 22. The educator who is appointed to a position requested by him and does not appear to take office within the five business days following the respective notification, will lose the position and will not be considered for another during the same period.
        
        Article 23. The educator who enters the Ministry of Education for the first time will be appointed for a probationary period of two years, with the exception of the educator classified D-3, E-1 or I-2, which will be for four years. At the end of said period, the appointment will be made permanent, if the evaluation is satisfactory.
        
        Transfers
        
        Article 54 The educator who meets the following requirements has the right to request a transfer:
        
        • That he is appointed on a permanent basis and exercising teaching school
        
        • That is not in use of license, with the exception of the pregnancy license, andthe assignment of directive functions in school campuses.
        
        • That has not been transferred the previous year.
- - - - Grade A-1: Teacher of Special Subject in primary school, in General Basic or in Adult Literacy and Education, with a degree in Secondary Education in the specialty.
      - Grade B-1: Grade Teacher in primary school, in General Basic or in Literacy and Adult Education, with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.
      - Grade C-1: Teacher - Director, with a degree under her charge, with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.
      - Grade D D-1: 3rd grade primary school director. Category (8 to 14 teachers), with title
        Teacher of Primary Education.
        D-2: 3rd Grade Secondary Education Teacher. Category with a Secondary Education degree.
        D-3: Teacher of Vocational Secondary Education of 3rd. Category with a Secondary Education degree in the specialty or leisure to be taught.
        D-4: Deputy Director of Primary School of 2nd. Or 1st. Category, with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.
      - Grade EE-1: 2nd Grade Vocational Education Teacher. Category with a degree in Special Secondary Education.
        E-2: 2nd-grade primary school director. Category with the title of Master of Primary Education.
        E-3: Deputy Director of the 2nd General Basic Education Center. Or 1st. Category with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.
      - Grade F F-1: Primary school teacher or General Basic Education with a university degree as Teacher of Primary Education.
        F-2: Primary school teacher or General Basic Education with a Bachelor of Education degree.
        F-3: Primary school teacher or General Basic Education with a university degree as Professor of Preschool Education.
        F-4: Teacher of Primary Education or General Basic Education with a university degree as Teacher of General Basic Education. F-5: Teacher of Primary Education or General Basic Education with certification of special preparation.
